On the weekend of 19th August 2018 the History Society, the Church and other volunteers organised a World War One Exhibition and a Village Trail. The Village Trail pinpointed all the houses where WW1 soldiers lived who had lost their lives and a few soldiers that had returned. Outside each house was a biography of the soldier and a cross with a poppy. Two leaflets were produced.
